Beautiful handmade little scholar graduation tassels or craft tassels. Use these tassels as graduation tassels for little kids by attaching the year dates with one of the strings of the tassel or use them plain for craft purposes.These tassels have no metal on the inside. We developed these tassels to safely provide keepsake graduation tassels for little children. The year dates are supplied separately for you to attach AT NO EXTRA COST. These tassels are approximately 12 inches long from top to bottom with a 6 inch loop and 6 inch tassel. They are available in many colors. Click on the drop down list to view available colors. Our color card will show you the approximate color of all tassels. Please note that all dye lots and computer screens are different so the color will not be exact, but will be very close. Shipping Information

Important

Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.

Handling Time

All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.

If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.

Out of Stock Products

If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.

International Shipping

The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Graduation Outlet. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
